A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside his or her trade, business, or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nekrasov, Samuel / Stottele, Gustav GbR, Margaretenstraße 20B, 12203 Berlin, Germany, Tel.: 017647137900, E-mail: azulon.shop@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
You may also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation (e.g., by email) of the receipt of such a withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not nationals of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address are located outside the European Union at the time of the conclusion of the contract.
General Information

Please avoid damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure suitable packaging is used to provide adequate protection against transport damage.

Please do not return the goods to us freight collect (unpaid).

Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
